Request a Hazmanah

If you have a dispute with another party and would like the matter adjudicated in accordance with Halacha, you may submit a request for a Hazmanah (Bais Din summons) through Bet Din Torah U’Mishpat.

Upon receiving your request, the Bet Din will review the information provided and, when appropriate, contact the opposing party and issue a Hazmanah requesting that they participate in the Din Torah process.
